You will be working for a highly successful ambient product manufacturer who produce both own brand products but also supply to other manufacturers in the UK.
THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to oversee the entire development process and ensure that all products meet the required standards. This is a standalone role and no people management is required.
The key day-to-day tasks of the New Product Development (NPD) Manager include:
- Managing product development from concept to launch
- Ensuring products fit with market trends
- Generating innovative ideas
- Working across a variety or brands
THE CANDIDATE
Key attributes of the New Product Development (NPD) Manager include:
- Either degree qualified or significant experience within product development
- Experience as either NPD Supervisor looking for your next step up or established NPD Manager
- Ideally come from ambient / dry ingredients background
- Full driving licence required to travel between sites
- Ability to hit the ground running and work with minimal assistance
The role is based in Home Counties / East Anglia and is paying 30,000 - 35,000.
