Nursing home Manager £30k-£35k – Hartlepool.

Our client is a national organisation that provides care and support for older people through a national network of nursing and residential homes. They are currently recruiting for a Nurse Manager for their 36 bed nursing and residential care home in Hartlepool.

You will be a manager with experience at a senior level within the health or social care sector, which includes direct line management, budget responsibilities, a good understanding of dementia and person centred care and an ability to support and manage staff teams.

Good communication and administration skills along with the ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload are essential. Above all you will need to demonstrate empathy towards older people and an understanding of their needs. You will be a registered nurse, and will ideally hold NVQ4/RMA. Previous management experience within a similar setting is essential.
